Return & Exchange Policy

At Inovo Healthcare, we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare products. To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, we follow a strict No Return Policy. However, we do offer exchange options under specific conditions.

NO RETURN POLICY

Products once delivered cannot be returned.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
This policy is applicable due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of healthcare devices.

EXCHANGE POLICY (ELIGIBLE CASES ONLY)

Customers can request an exchange only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Product has a manufacturing defect
Wrong product delivered
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Product must be:
Unused and in original condition
Packed with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
Customers must provide:
Unboxing video or clear images as proof (mandatory for claims)

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES FOR EXCHANGE

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

Wrong product selection by the customer
Change of mind
Minor color/design variations
Used or damaged products (caused after delivery)

EXCHANGE PROCESS

After request approval, reverse pickup will be arranged (available in selected locations).
In case pickup is not available, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product.
Once the product passes quality inspection, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

No refund will be issued in any case.
If the returned product fails quality check, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
