Warranty Policy

Warranty: 12 Months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects INOVO Healthcare Pvt Ltd obligations are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or the complete product, at its discretion, during the warranty period. Warranty will not apply in the following cases:

•  Physical damage or misuse of the product
• Unauthorized repair or modification
• Operation outside specified environmental conditions
• Exposure to water, excessive heat or humidity
• Damage due to abnormal voltage or natural disasters «Valid customer purchase invoice is mandatory for warranty claim.

«All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Pune courts only.

11.Packing Type and Specifications: Individual product packed in printed retail box, includes: IR Thermometer Unit, User Manual with Warranty Card.

12.Storage Instructions: Store in cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity and dust exposure.

13. Transportation Instructions: Transportation allowed by road.

14. Criteria to declare the items as ’SECONDS’ at the factory level: NA – Any non-conforming product is treated as REJECT and not released.

15. Criteria to declare the items as ‘REJECT’ at the factory level. Products shall be declared REJECTED if:

• Failure in functional testing or temperature measurement accuracy beyond specified limits.
• Failure in electrical safety or charging functionInfrared sensor malfunction or unstable readings.
• Battery or charging circuit failure.
• Physical damage, cracks, or deformation in enclosure or components.
• Improper marking, labelling, or missing identification details.
• Failure in visual inspection criteria or workmanship standards.

16. Criteria while carrying out visual inspection (Finish and Workmanship): (a) No cracks, dents, scratches, or deformation on the outer housing or components. (b) Surface finish shall be smooth and uniform, free from burrs, sharp edges, or molding defects. (c) Brand name, model number, and labels shall be clearly printed, legible, and properly aligned. (d) LCD display window shall be clean, transparent, and free from scratches or marks. (e) USB charging port, buttons, and connectors shall be properly fitted and aligned. (f) No loose parts or improper assembly shall be observed. (g) Product shall be clean and properly packed with user manual and accessories.

 17. Any other details: NA 18. For Hosiery and Textile Items, Technical Data Specification as per format attached (Appendix E): Not Applicable, as the item is an electronic medical device. Stamp & Seal of the Manufacturer with name
